It puts many tables together into one: monthly files from the same system, branch reports, one sheet per salesperson or per year, exports from two programs. You get one table with every row, the columns lined up, and a column naming the file or sheet each row came from.
That is what it is for. Columns are matched by name, by meaning across Arabic, English and French (المبلغ = Amount = Montant), by similar spelling, and by their values when the headers say nothing. Columns in a different order line up, extra columns are kept, and missing ones are left blank. You see every match before merging and can change it, rename a column or leave it out.
Up to 20 Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm) or CSV files at once, or one workbook with many sheets, or both. CSV and text in any encoding (UTF-8, UTF-16, Windows-1256) and the ".xls" files many systems export that are really web pages. Title rows above the header are skipped. Old binary .xls files need saving as .xlsx first.
It is free during the beta, with no sign-up and no cookies. Up to 200,000 rows in all, 25 MB per file and 100 MB per upload.
They are kept in memory only to merge them, and deleted within 30 minutes. Nothing from your files is stored or shared. The result is for you to check.
Use Qaren, also by AnaFiles, to see what is new, gone or changed between two files. Naqqi cleans a messy export, and Mutabaqa reconciles two account statements.
